Refund policy

Exchange/Return/Refunds Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your product. If you have received a defective product, we will happily give you an exchange. Exchanges will only be offered on damaged merchandise. Sale merchandise is non-refundable, and non-exchangeable unless you have received a defective product. Exchanges/Refund/Return requests must be requested within 30 days from purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be unworn, and in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us with your name, address, city, state/province, country, zip/postal code, phone number, email, picture of the defective item, date of your purchase, order number, name of the item you would like to receive an exchange for. Submit your requests by using the form on our Contact Us page. Our returns/exchange department will contact you with an email confirmation that your request has been received. A return authorization number and address will be provided for you to ship the product back to Arlana Exquisite Styles. Shipping costs will be pre-paid by the customer. All shipping, handling, tracking fees associated with returns or exchange requests are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost/Stolen/Late Shipments

When your order is ready for shipment, and is then placed in the hands of the shipper, you will be provided with a tracking number for your shipped purchase. Arlana Exquisite Styles does not assume responsibility for lost mail by any carrier. If a shipped package fails to reach you by the expected delivery date, our office will work with the shipper/carrier to initiate a track/investigate/delivery for the missing shipment. Most shipping providers will complete lost package investigations within a 30 day period.

We do not assume liability for items stolen from a customer's mailbox/porch/delivered to address.

If Ariana Exquisite Styles ships your order to an incorrect address other than what has been provided in your order, we will assume full responsibility to replace your order.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Refunds can take up to 10 days dependent upon the banking, credit card company.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet please contact us by using the form on our Contact Us page. 

Sale items (if applicable)
Any sale item received in defective condition by the customer will be exchanged or replaced upon receipt of original item returned, confirmed to be defective, unworn, and received by Arlana Exquisite Styles in its original packaging. Photographs of the damages will be required before we will authorize a return or replacement. After receiving photographs of the damage, and the return authorization is approved, the items MUST be returned to Arlana Exquisite Styles in the original packaging.

Returned Items Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you. Shipping times may vary. Customers will be responsible for all exchange items shipping costs including shipping, handling, tracking. Arlana Exquisite Styles is not responsible for lost mail.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
